These Booking Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Park4U and each customer who submits a booking request or uses the parking and related services offered through www.park4u.cy, by phone, by email or through any other communication method.
By submitting a booking request and/or using Park4U services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms.
1. Who We Are

2. Nature of the Service
Park4U provides vehicle parking services near Larnaca International Airport, together with related support services such as free transfer to and from the airport and, where applicable, additional or premium services on request and by prior arrangement.
The standard service model is that the customer arrives at the Park4U premises, leaves the vehicle there, and is provided with free transfer to and from the airport.
3. Booking Request and Confirmation
Submission of a form through the website or any other booking request submitted by email, phone or any other communication method constitutes a booking request and not an automatic or final booking confirmation.
A booking is considered completed only when Park4U expressly confirms the relevant request by email, phone or other appropriate communication method.
Park4U reserves the right not to accept or confirm a booking request, especially in cases of limited availability, operational restrictions, incomplete information or other reasonable business grounds.
4. Availability of Services
All services are provided subject to availability.
Covered parking spaces are limited and are not considered guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by Park4U.
The availability of premium or additional services depends on operational capacity, notice period, the nature of the request and other relevant practical factors.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices or relevant charges may depend on factors such as:
- parking duration
- type of parking
- availability
- timing of the request
- additional or premium services
- special service conditions
Payment is made when the vehicle is collected, unless otherwise specifically agreed in a particular case.
Accepted payment methods:
- cash
- Revolut
Unless expressly confirmed otherwise by Park4U, there is no mandatory online prepayment requirement.
6. Long-Stay / Longer Parking Durations
For longer parking durations, more favourable pricing or service options may be available depending on:
- duration
- availability
- parking type
- any additional services
- operational capacity at the relevant time
Any better rate or special arrangement for a longer stay applies only if expressly confirmed by Park4U.
7. Cancellations
The customer may request cancellation of a booking before the service begins.
As the Park4U booking model is not based on mandatory online prepayment, cancellations are generally possible, subject to any special cases or customised arrangements that may have been expressly confirmed.
Park4U reserves the right to cancel or modify a confirmed booking in exceptional cases relating to:
- technical or operational issues
- security reasons
- force majeure circumstances
- or other conditions that make the service impossible or materially difficult to provide as confirmed
In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify the customer as soon as possible.
8. Free Shuttle Service
The standard transfer to and from Larnaca International Airport forms part of the main Park4U service and is provided at no extra cost within the standard service model.
Park4U makes reasonable efforts to provide this transfer in a practical, organised and timely manner. However, it may be affected by factors such as traffic, weather conditions, operational demands, flight delays or other events beyond reasonable control.
9. Additional / Premium Services
Additional or premium services, including for example:
- valet parking service
- airport vehicle pick-up or delivery
- car wash
- technical support / basic car checks
- other complementary services are provided only on request, subject to prior arrangement and confirmation by Park4U.
Any additional charges, terms or limitations relating to such services will be communicated before confirmation.
10. Customer Obligations
The customer must:
- provide accurate and complete information when submitting a booking request
- notify Park4U promptly of changes affecting the booking or service
- follow reasonable Park4U instructions regarding arrival, parking and transfer procedures
- arrive on time in accordance with confirmed arrangements
- ensure that the vehicle is provided in a condition suitable for the agreed service
The customer remains responsible for personal belongings or valuables left inside the vehicle, unless otherwise expressly provided by binding agreement or mandatory law.
11. Security and Insurance Cover
Park4U operates with 24/7 Security & CCTV, staff presence and organised management of the parking area.
Park4U drivers are insured to drive customer vehicles where this is required as part of the agreed services.
In addition, vehicles are covered by insurance while parked within the Park4U premises, subject to the terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of the applicable insurance cover.
Nothing in these terms shall be interpreted as providing an unlimited guarantee or extending any insurance or legal liability beyond what is provided by applicable cover and law.
12. Limitations of Liability
Park4U makes reasonable professional efforts to provide its services safely and in an organised manner.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Park4U shall not be liable for:
- delays caused by external factors
- indirect or consequential losses
- force majeure events
- loss of or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle
- claims based on incomplete, inaccurate or untimely information provided by the customer
- inability to provide an additional service that had not been expressly confirmed
Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
13. Changes to Services and Terms
Park4U reserves the right to modify services, operational procedures, these terms or related policies whenever required for operational, commercial, technical or legal reasons.
The most recent version will be published on the website.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Booking Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable law relevant to Park4U and the related legal relationship with the customer.
Any dispute relating to the services or the interpretation of these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the competent courts under applicable law.
