This policy operates in addition to the Booking Terms & Conditions of Park4U.
1. General Payment Principle
Park4U operates through a booking request with human confirmation model rather than automatic purchase completion through online payment.
Unless expressly confirmed otherwise by Park4U in a specific case, there is no mandatory online prepayment for the submission or confirmation of a booking.
2. When Payment Is Made
Payment for the service is made upon collection of the vehicle by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in a specific case or in connection with a separately confirmed special service.
The applicable charge depends on the details confirmed by Park4U in relation to the relevant booking or service.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are:
- Cash
- Revolut
Park4U reserves the right to modify or update accepted payment methods where necessary for operational or technical reasons.
4. Pricing and Charge Structure
Charges may be influenced by factors such as:
- parking duration
- type or form of parking
- availability
- timing period
- additional or premium services
- specific service requirements
- confirmed customised arrangements
Park4U reserves the right to determine the relevant final charge based on the confirmed service and the applicable conditions at the time of the booking.
5. Long-Stay and Longer Parking Durations
For longer parking durations, more favourable pricing or service options may be available. However, such options depend on:
- parking duration
- availability
- parking type
- service type
- operational capacity at the relevant time
Any special price, more favourable option or arrangement for long-stay parking applies only if expressly confirmed by Park4U.
6. Customer Cancellations
A customer may request cancellation of a booking before the service begins.
As Park4U does not operate on the basis of mandatory online prepayment as its core model, cancellations are generally possible, provided they are requested before the service is due to begin.
Park4U reserves the right to take into account special cases involving customised or premium service, special handling or other additional commitments, which may involve different treatment where expressly confirmed in advance.
7. Cancellations or Modifications by Park4U
Park4U reserves the right to cancel, modify or reschedule a confirmed service or booking in situations such as:
- limited or changing availability
- technical or operational issues
- security reasons
- exceptional or unforeseen circumstances
- force majeure
- material changes affecting the delivery of the service
In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to inform the customer in a timely manner and, where practically possible, to coordinate an alternative handling arrangement.
8. No-Show or Late Arrival
The customer is responsible for providing correct details and following the relevant coordination regarding arrival and departure.
In the event of significant delay, no-show or failure to provide timely notice of a material change affecting the agreed service, Park4U reserves the right to reassess availability and the ability to provide the relevant service.
Any special arrangements or premium services requiring increased planning may be affected more significantly in the event of a no-show or serious deviation from the confirmed details.
9. Additional / Premium Services and Charges
Additional or premium services, including for example:
- valet parking service
- airport vehicle pick-up or delivery
- car care services
- technical support / basic car checks
- other customised forms of support may involve additional charges.
Where applicable, the relevant charge will be confirmed by Park4U before the corresponding service is provided.
10. Refund Logic
As the core Park4U model does not generally involve mandatory online prepayment, refund issues do not usually arise in relation to the standard booking model, unless a deposit, advance payment or other financial arrangement has been agreed in a particular case.
In any case where prepayment or another special financial arrangement has been made, the issue will be assessed according to the terms confirmed for that specific service or case.
11. Clarity of Communication and Confirmation
Park4U places strong emphasis on clear communication with the customer before the service is provided. For that reason:
- final booking confirmation is provided by our team
- any additional services or special rates are confirmed separately
- any special arrangements are not considered agreed unless expressly accepted by Park4U
This policy helps reduce misunderstandings and supports better operational organisation.
12. Changes to This Policy
Park4U reserves the right to amend this Cancellation & Payment Policy at any time for operational, technical, commercial or legal reasons.
